Academic Credentials

Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Academic institutions preferred. Minimum cap of 60% on scores

Experience

  • Experienced in enabling the Scrum teams to perform at the highest level by instilling Scrum values, coaching the team and removing impediments.
  • Experience in Jira or similar tool and configure it for project needs to provide required views, data, dashboards and reports.
  • Experience of owning the Agile rules and process; educate the team on agile process & issues. Ensures that a collaborative culture exists within the team and promotes team building. Thorough with knowledge of Agile values, principles and scrum metrics
  • Experience in ensuring all agile ceremonies are run effectively, discipline is maintained, and participants are engaged.
  • Experience of working with Product Owner and solution architect to ensure backlog is groomed to sufficient detail. Experience of working with Product owner to get user stories accepted
  • Well versed with tracking and communicating the overall progress of the release (using Burn-downs, burn-ups, Cumulative Flow, etc.).
  • Preferably experienced with CPG/RETAIL/TECHNOLOGY/PHARMA/ECOMMERCE industries

Skills and Certifications

  • Excellent communication skills, Positive and flexible attitude

Certification

  • CSM/Prince2/DASM certification (any one)

Tools

  • JIRA, Confluence
