What is MAHA-POSH?
MAHA-POSH is a free training program to help startups understand and implement the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act. The event is aimed at early and mid-level startups to create safe, legally compliant, and inclusive workplaces. Participants will receive a SheWork POSH certification, symbolising their commitment to workplace safety.
