Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and offboarding.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficient and accurate HR processes and recordkeeping.
- Employee Relations: Build strong employee relationships, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies, and conduct interviews.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- HR Analytics: Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure HR performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and HR regulations.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in HR-related projects, such as implementing new HR systems or processes.
- Team Management: Mentor and develop HR team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6-7 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Experience in a [industry-specific] environment is preferred.
