Educational Qualification

Either MBA from tier 1 / tier 2 B-schools or Technical background

Level – Consultant/Senior Consultant

Skills Required and Must Have:

  • 6+ yrs. of experience in technology related Projects/Program Management
  • Experience in handling large-scale Software development or deployment projects or programs (preferably in an IT Services/Consulting firm)
  • Experience in SCM/Finance/ Digital Analytics/ Transformation/ Change Management/ Master Data Management projects
  • Experience in leading medium to large-sized projects of moderate to high complexity
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of SDLC
  • Extensive experience in Project / Program Planning, Risk management, Stakeholder Management, Communication Management
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and good influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Tools- Azure Devops, JIRA, Confluence, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Plan view, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps (or any similar tool)

Good to Have:

  • Prior experience as a developer or good tech stack
  • Experience in retail industry projects is preferred
  • Experience leading global delivery teams is strongly preferred
  • Experience in operations (inventory, logistics, procurement, planning, SCM finance) domain is good to have
  • Certification- PMP/Prince2/CSM/PSM/CAPM certification
  • Notice period- Early/immediate joiners are preferred
