  • Good understanding of distributed systems, microservices, messaging systems, and
    related architectural patterns.
  • Strong grasp of object-oriented analysis, design patterns, and their application in problem
    solving.
  • Familiarity with web and mobile application technology stacks.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional relational databases and modern NoSQL databases.
  • Understanding of transactional and analytical workloads.
  • Familiarity with the production operations of large-scale systems.
  •  Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support
    assumptions, recommendations, and actions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SDLC processes, including conventional and agile
    methodologies.
    • Experience in building ticketing and payment products is preferred but not mandatory.

Background - Experience & Academics

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a similar qualification
    (e.g., MCA).
  • Approximately 12+ years of experience in software development and delivery, including
    managing a team of 30-40 software professionals for at least 3 years.
  • Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience in software development for
    cloud-based products, multi-tenancy, and multi-hierarchy product platforms, aligning with
    complete DevOps cycle implementation.
    • Experience with automated CI/CD environments and automation test frameworks,
    including hands-on experience in sanitized quality code delivery and maintenance.
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a startup tech company is advantageous.

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel occasionally within India and internationally.
  • Ability to manage and build teams by creating career progression paths and end goals for
    the team.
